About Us

We're here.
We're Perfectly Queer.

It’s our pleasure to introduce to you: Perfectly Queer.

Perfectly Queer is a brand new talent agency dedicated to celebrating and uplifting all of the fabulously diverse queer talent in Naarm (Melbourne).

Perfectly Queer is owned and operated by Aza Coward. Aza is a passionate member of the LGBTQIA+ community and a huge advocate for queer talent.

“My alter ego Della Katessen (@dellakatessen) has made some wonderful connections during the pandemic. I’ve been able to successfully pivot and take all her shows, trivia and bingo sessions online to an international audience and build a wonderful portfolio of repeat clients.”, Aza says.

Aza’s previous experience includes over 10 years working in radio as a presenter, programming manager and acting station manager. He is not shy of a challenge and he thrives seeing people succeed and achieve their dreams.

“I’ve been wanting to launch this business idea for a few years now, so I really feel like it’s the right time to share the love. As the world starts to open up, I have a lot of enquiries that I can not personally fulfil. I’m excited to provide an inclusive space where private clients and corporate clients can be connected with the most fabulous queer talent that Naarm has to offer.”

We anticipate that all enquiries sent into Perfectly Queer will be just as diverse as its talent. Do you need a drag queen for a hens’ party? Maybe you need an ensemble of queer performers for your end of year work celebration? Or perhaps you are looking for a member of the local queer community to come and talk to your staff during Pride Month? The options are limitless… let’s make it all Perfectly Queer.

From drag queens to visual artists. DJs, acrobats to musicians and everything in-between. If they’re queer, they’re most likely here! Our portfolio of fabulous queer talent is growing every day and we are so excited for what is to come.

“We are currently on the lookout for any queer talent in Naarm – if you or your queer friends, family members or colleagues have something to share with the world, please get in touch with us!”
